Gastric Balloon is generally used to reduce the risk of surgical intervention in Morbid Obese people. With this method, it is aimed to fill a part of the stomach with a balloon and to suppress hunger. It is mostly preferred for those whose BMI (body mass index) is between 27-35kg/m2 and who do not have additional diseases such as diabetes.
